Due to its handmade nature, this cast gypsum plaster vessel might have slight design imperfections and inconsistencies. The tiny bubbles, small scuffs or minor discoloration in each piece lend it a unique charm and remind us that behind every creation is a creator.

This is special because...
A Mano Creations (from the Spanish 'à mano' meaning 'by hand') is the endeavor of Alicia Gortaire, a Toronto-based interior designer. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, her love for all things clay began at a young age, watching her grandmother create beautiful pottery creations.
As a designer, Gortaire spends most of her time sourcing new and inspiring design ideas for projects, however not all make the cut. She challenged herself to translate these design ideas into conceptual objects through self-taught clay and casting techniques, which resulted in the unique, one-of-a-kind housewares and jewelry of her A Mano Collection.
